We handle the transaction - verify and prepare documents, and provide services through a trusted notary. 
We're with you not only during the purchase but also afterward, handling property registration and offering additional services such as furnishing, rental, and property management for smooth and trouble-free use of your newly purchased property. 
We work WITHOUT BUYER'S COMMISSION.

We assist in selling your real estate - prioritize advertising it on Bulgarian and international real estate portals, and offer it through our local and international partners. We assist with transaction document preparation.
